由啟迪控股旗下啟迪融智基金和啟迪陽(yáng)明基金領(lǐng)投的蘇州諾存微電子在2019年第九十三屆中國(guó)電子（CEF）展上亮相，諾存微電子團(tuán)隊(duì)主導(dǎo)研發(fā)的國(guó)內(nèi)首批Octa-SPI/Quad-SPI含DTR功能的高速NOR閃存芯片新品一經(jīng)發(fā)布，便引起了業(yè)界人士和專(zhuān)業(yè)觀眾的高度關(guān)注。

本次諾存發(fā)布的三款產(chǎn)品，采用Octa-/Quad-SPI DTR高速接口技術(shù)，引腳少, SOP16、SOP8 或 BGA24封裝，屬國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng);與傳統(tǒng)SPI NOR完全兼容，但速度快16倍，可輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)替換SPI NOR，是汽車(chē)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、工業(yè)、消費(fèi)電子等應(yīng)用的最佳選擇。
